The custom home sites in Kainani at Kukui'ual include 20 lot sites.  These custom home sight fall into the exclusive group of being both the Kauai VDA (Visitor Destination Area) and the Federal Governments Opportunity Zone.  

I don't think there is another spot in the county that offers this type of luxury along with this type of Federal tax incentive.

At the time of this writing about half of the home sites have been developed or are under construction while the other half are still a blank canvas. 

All of these homes are single level, have an ocean view, and are built with every detail thought through.
